Our company was established in 1991 and is based in Hiroshima. We are an OEM producer of processed foods with the motto of "Making safe and reassuring products". We manufacture a wide variety of products in our plant such as dashi seasoning and soup, ochazuke, furikake, and tsukudani based on natural ingredients such as the abundant seafood and farm produce grown locally and from the Setouchi area as well as specialty products from each region. We supply products to food companies and distributors in Japan and overseas.Our signature product is Katsuo Furidashi (bonito fish soup stock): it is dashi, a Japanese soup stock, in a tea bag-like packet with a golden ratio of umami - it took 20 years to achieve this blend after selecting only the best ingredients. We are currently producing private-brand products for over 400 companies, particularly Katsuo Furidashi.Thanks to our rich product knowledge and prompt response, we are flexible to our customers' needs and can attend accordingly.
